RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Belle Éclat Apparel, we strive to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
ALL SALES POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Belle Éclat Apparel reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined below.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges may only be approved if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item has a manufacturing defect
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Worn or washed items
- Items with odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage caused after delivery
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order products
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
REFUND PROCESS
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Belle Éclat Apparel reserves the right to issue store credit instead of refunds when appropriate.
EXCHANGES
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was caused by Belle Éclat Apparel.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing from Belle Éclat Apparel, customers agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the refund system may result in:
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Collection actions where permitted by law
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Belle Éclat Apparel is not responsible for lost return packages.
