  • High-volume periods
  • Preorder releases

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier operations and destination.

Belle Éclat Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • High shipping volume periods

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS if contact information was provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to update.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Belle Éclat Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Packages returned due to invalid addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is reshipped.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Belle Éclat Apparel is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check around your property
  2. Contact neighbors or household members
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. File a claim with the carrier if applicable


PREORDERS

Preorder items may require additional production and processing time.

Estimated preorder shipping dates are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Additional carrier charges

Belle Éclat Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


SHIPPING RATE CHANGES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may change at any time without notice due to carrier pricing adjustments.


DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and items

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of claims.
